Went the night we got married for a night out, lobby spelt amazing, room was spotless, quiet, spacious. everything was up to date and we had no problems with the room or anything else. Only giving 4 stars because breakfast wasn’t that great. Would definitely recommend staying here, just go to Waffle House for breakfast ;)
Place was very conveniently located. Room was great for our short stay. Breakfast was excellent and lots of choices. Que at the front desk was very nice and helpful! Great little stop.
The rooms was awesome!! Smell good & space! Quiet & Clean! The person at the front desk was So nice & sweet! Tiffany was so good to my kids! She Made sure that they had towels for the pool & the pool was CLEAN! Breakfast was awesome!
The hotel and rooms are great for the price point. The hotel is older, though it is renovated and clean. The breakfast selection was nice. There’s a decent fitness center (no weights, only aerobic machines). My car was safe in the parking lot. The only issue I had was the air conditioner in the room was really loud. I should have requested to get it repaired.
It was nice hotel but a worker grilled me about wanting more towels for my room.
I had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt. The customer service was exceptional. Tiffany provided outstanding service, and Que offered a very warm welcome. I truly appreciated the upgrades, including the flooring and the pleasant aroma throughout the hotel.
Excellent staff and the perfect spot for celebrating our nephew. Was quiet and out of the way but in the middle of most things. Easy to navigate from here. The construction has the traffic lights in front acting up a bit ... but its really not a huge deal. Saturday morning had a fire drill that just added to the memories made on this trip... The staff definitely went above and beyond... and the desk clerk from Bossier City that checked us in... she definitely is an asset to your company.
We had an excellent one night stay at this Hyatt Place. Location is great and across from a mall with many good dining choices. We were greeted by a super friendly front desk and given the room we requested. We were extremely happy with the location of the room. It was comfortable and I believe recently renovated. This was a perfect stay for our travels from Texas to Florida! Great service and super clean. I don’t understand all of the negative reviews. Our experience was excellent and we will be back!
